The Estonian Academy of Young Scientists and the Lithuanian Society of Young Researchers organized an international conference on the role of youth in the promotion of science. The conference took place in the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania. Among the participants were vice-speakers of the Parliament, members of the Parliament Committee of Education, Science and Culture, specialists from the Ministry of Science and Education, representatives of the National Academy of Sciences and the National Science Council. Many student organizations and associations delegated their members to take part in the event, too.
