Many of us are looking for a mentor and lab to exchange ideas, knowledge and information, ways to gain experience or conduct research. WAYS would like to provide a database to find the most suited persons and places for your scientific interest, and foster not only online but preparatory face-to-face contacts before developing long-term projects and/or applying for longer-term mobility programmes. We also intend to involve dedicated Ph.D. students and postdocs as possible mentors. If you want to help in the organization or the development of this database, write a short proposal to ways@sztaki.hu. Commitment and opportunities are based on the mentors' preference.

The Mentoring Leadership and Resource Network (MLRN) provides information on the Mentoring Program Model, an index to MLRN Member Email Discussions on Mentoring Topics, and a section for Mentor Program Coordinators where members can share ideas and experiences. An MLRN Membership Directory is also available. Over 70 articles and resources about mentoring and related topics are online.
